The Dear Fellow Human Hub

Writing and asking questions is my way of processing life, learning from it, and sharing it with others. Below are my writings and projects dedicated to humaning together, with my Dear Fellow books being most prominent.

Tagline: It's pretty cool to be human and alive right now.

Dear Fellow Spender: Enjoy Managing Your Money to Get Out of Debt, Build Savings, and Create a Life You Love

Do you like the life you're buying? A lot of people actually don't. Spender is only sort of a money book. It's honestly more of a life book about creating what you want for your life with your money, not just settling for the life you're currently affording.

Readers say it's like talking money talk on the couch with a friend. The book includes the steps I followed to finally trust myself with money, get out of debt, and discover the art and pleasure of well-managed money. What I share in this book is what prepared me to do more about my dreams, and will be for you, too.

Dear Fellow Dreamer: Waking Up, Taking Chances, and Creating a Life of Your Own

This book is about flying leaps out of comfort into uncertainty, and the long, messy and super-worthwhile middle of doing what's brave to discover and create your dreams.

This book is for you if you're restless in a safe life, or your dreams are already in-flight and you're waiting to see hoped-for results. Life has always been uncertain. And incredibly worthwhile in its uncertainty.

This isn't a hustle-hard, sleep-when-you're-dead approach to dreams. Ew. If anything, it's about slowing down, opting out of status quo, and becoming resilient by doing stuff about your existing dreams, because you never know what new ones you might discover as you do.

Dear Fellow Explorer: Noticing Life in Two Years of Post-Corporate Uncertainty*

For readers who especially enjoyed the Field Notes portion of Dear Fellow Dreamer, you're going to love this entire book. It's stories of the mundane magic I noticed in laundromats, restaurants, and chance encounters all over Europe and the United States. You'll meet the one-legged pigeon from Athens, the PR manager of a real-life celebrity, the happiest couple in the world, shockingly interesting reflections on temperatures, and so much more.
